23 V.S.A. § 1126a. Depositing snow onto or across certain highways prohibited
(a) No person, other than an employee in the performance of his or her official duties or other person authorized by the agency of transportation (in the case of state highways) or selectboard (in the case of town highways), shall plow or otherwise deposit snow onto the traveled way, shoulder or sidewalk of a state highway or a class 1, 2, or 3 town highway.
(b) Nothing in this section should be construed to be in derogation of any municipal ordinance regulating the deposit of snow within the limits of town highways. (Added 1997, No. 150 (Adj. Sess.), § 17.)

To the Townspeople of Shrewsbury:
Vermont state statute 20 V.S.A. § 3581 states that any dog or wolf hybrid older than six months is to be registered annually by the Town Clerk.
2010 Dog Tags will be available Tuesday January 5th at the Town Office.
Dogs are to be registered prior to April 1st.
To register your dog, please bring your current Rabies Vaccination paperwork. Dog licenses are $8.00 for Spayed or Neutered and $12.00 for un-altered pets. After April 1st, a late fee is charged
Please keep your pet safe, register them at the Town office and make sure they wear their tags.
